PIM Organizer Deluxe for Windows is a personal information database. It comes with database templates that are ready to use. There are some 200 personal information database templates including business expenses, hobby catalogs, inventory templates, notes organizers, contact managers, etc. If none of those fits your needs you can create a new template using the built in database designer. It already includes some databases such as business address database, personal contacts database, calendar database, favorites database, notes database, passwords database, calendar/reminder utility etc. to get you started right away. For retrieving data easily, you have features such as search that can be modified by filters and the data organized by sort. Data entry is made easy and you can track the data too easily. You are able to define simple and complex reminders for the calendar.
Data entry is made easy through view pages that allow you to easily enter, modify records and generate data specific commands. Reporting is flexible and you can define reports that can retrieve data with a fairly complex selection process. Report and label wizards help designing the reports and print address labels on standard stationary like Avery. Simple wizards can help the new users getting used to operating the system. The interface is well organized, and screens present the relevant settings which are easy to set up. The operations possible are extensive. However, one would need some time to get used to all the features available and how to use them. Backup and restore features ensure you do not lose any data anytime. This is a very handy and feature rich PIM application. If you do not have one already, this is a good candidate for acquisition, try it out first though.
